Here at Maxx®, we run on old fashioned values and those values include excellent customer service.

If you get the glasses and find they just aren’t you or they aren’t quite what you were looking for, simply mail the glasses back to:

Include a note in the box telling us if you want a different pair or if you would like a refund. Be sure to include on the note your choice, your name, address, and phone number.

If a pair is defective e-mail a picture of the pair of sunglasses and your name/address/phone number to sales@maxxsunglasses.com.
