Warranty Information While every effort is made to ensure your MAXX Sunglasses last forever, some defects are unavoidable. In order to help us keep it all straight with our manufacturers, we need to show them the sunglasses. If you feel you have a manufacturers defect, please click on the link provided below to fill out the form, and send your sunglasses back to us (any method is fine)so we can see what occurred. Or you can email us a Jpeg image of the defect with the form for a quicker response, sales@maxxsunglasses.com If it is (in our estimation) a manufacturers defect , we will replace those sunglasses with the same sunglasses, or a similar style.
